The Phaistos Disc is a disk of fired clay from the Minoan palace of Phaistos on the island of Crete. Now, the island of Crete is part of modern Greece. The disc was discovered in 1908 by the Italian archaeologist Luigi Pernier in the Minoan palace-site of Phaistos. While it is not clear that it is a script, most attempted decipherments assume that it is; most additionally assume a syllabary, others an alphabet or logography or a calendar, making it one of the most famous mysteries of archaeology. The disk is about 15 cm in diameter and covered on both sides with a spiral of stamped symbols. The disc features 241 tokens, comprising 45 distinct signs, which were apparently made by pressing hieroglyphic “seals” into a disc of soft clay, in a clockwise sequence spiraling toward the center of the disk. This unique object is now on display at the archaeological museum of Heraklion.

Το πρώτο αυγό Φαμπερζέ φιλοτεχνήθηκε για τον τσάρο Αλέξανδρο Γ΄, ο οποίος είχε αποφασίσει να χαρίσει στη σύζυγό του, την αυτοκράτειρα Μαρία Φεοντόροβνα, ένα πασχαλινό αυγό το 1885. Ο Peter Carl Fabergé ήταν ένας Ρώσος κοσμηματοπώλης, γνωστός κυρίως για τα περίφημα αυγά Fabergé που κατασκευάστηκαν στο στυλ των γνήσιων πασχαλινών αυγών, χρησιμοποιώντας πολύτιμα μέταλλα και πολύτιμους λίθους. Είναι ο ιδρυτής της διάσημης κληρονομιάς κοσμημάτων του οίκου Fabergé.
Όπως σε όλα τα χειροποίητα κοσμήματα μπορεί να υπάρχουν μικρές διαφορές στο βάρος και τις διαστάσεις και αυτό είναι που τα κάνει μοναδικά και πολύτιμα.

Το φιλιγκράν είναι ένα λεπτό είδος μεταλλικής κοσμηματοποιίας, κατασκευασμένο με μικροσκοπικές χάντρες ή στριφτά νήματα, ή και τα δύο σε συνδυασμό, συγκολλημένα μεταξύ τους ή στην επιφάνεια ενός αντικειμένου από το ίδιο μέταλλο και τοποθετημένα σε καλλιτεχνικά μοτίβα. Η τέχνη του φιλιγκράν χρονολογείται από την αρχαία ιστορία. Τα πρώτα από τα ευρεθέντα κοσμήματα με αυτή την τεχνική έχουν βρεθεί στη Μεσοποταμία και χρονολογούνται χιλιάδες χρόνια π.Χ. Δαχτυλίδι Δίσκος της Φαιστού
Αυτό το όμορφο ασημένιο δαχτυλίδι αναπαριστά τον δίσκο της Φαιστού. Ο δίσκος της Φαιστού είναι ένας δίσκος από ψημένο πηλό από το μινωικό ανάκτορο της Φαιστού στο νησί της Κρήτης. Τώρα, το νησί της Κρήτης αποτελεί μέρος της σύγχρονης Ελλάδας. Ο δίσκος ανακαλύφθηκε το 1908 από τον Ιταλό αρχαιολόγο Λουίτζι Περνιέ στο μινωικό ανάκτορο-χώρο της Φαιστού. Αν και δεν είναι σαφές ότι πρόκειται για γραφή, οι περισσότερες απόπειρες αποκρυπτογράφησης υποθέτουν ότι είναι- οι περισσότεροι επιπλέον υποθέτουν συλλαβισμό, άλλοι αλφάβητο ή λογογραφία ή ημερολόγιο, καθιστώντας τον ένα από τα πιο διάσημα μυστήρια της αρχαιολογίας. Ο δίσκος έχει διάμετρο περίπου 15 εκατοστά και καλύπτεται και στις δύο πλευρές του με μια σπείρα από σφραγισμένα σύμβολα. Ο δίσκος διαθέτει 241 μάρκες, που περιλαμβάνουν 45 διακριτά σύμβολα, τα οποία προφανώς κατασκευάστηκαν πιέζοντας ιερογλυφικές “σφραγίδες” σε ένα δίσκο από μαλακό πηλό, σε μια δεξιόστροφη ακολουθία που σπειροειδώς κινείται προς το κέντρο του δίσκου. Το μοναδικό αυτό αντικείμενο εκτίθεται τώρα στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο του Ηρακλείου.

Κρεμαστά Σκουλαρίκια Doublet από Πράσινο Χαλκό – Ασήμι 925 και Επιχρυσωμένο Ασήμι
Αυτά τα σκουλαρίκια είναι εμπνευσμένα από τη βυζαντινή ιστορική περίοδο με σεβασμό στην ελληνική παραδοσιακή τέχνη. Ένα πολύ κομψό ζευγάρι σκουλαρίκια διακοσμημένα με πράσινο χαλκό.

Το κόσμημα Doublet είναι ένα πολύ ιδιαίτερο κόσμημα λόγω του τρόπου με τον οποίο είναι κατασκευασμένο. Το Doublet είναι ένα σύγχρονο και πολύ μοντέρνο σχέδιο που εφευρέθηκε για να κάνει πέτρες όπως το λάπις λάζουλι, το τυρκουάζ και άλλες αδιαφανείς πέτρες να λάμπουν και να δημιουργούν μοναδικά χρώματα από αυτές. Υπάρχει η ενοποίηση δύο πολύτιμων λίθων, η οποία συνήθως αποτελείται από χαλαζία και έναν άλλο μη διαφανή λίθο. Ο χαλαζίας σε αυτή την περίπτωση δίνει λάμψη στην άλλη πέτρα και επίσης όγκο. Λόγω της σύνθεσής του τα κοσμήματα ντουμπλέ χρειάζονται φροντίδα. Για να τα διατηρήσετε σε καλή κατάσταση πρέπει να αποφεύγετε την επαφή με χημικές ουσίες, όπως σαπούνι ή αρώματα. Ο χαλαζίας έχει την τάση να χάνει τη λάμψη του όταν τον αγγίζετε με ιδρωμένα χέρια, σας συμβουλεύουμε από καιρό σε καιρό να χρησιμοποιείτε ένα μαλακό πανί για να τον γυαλίσετε και να του δώσετε λάμψη.
