Το σχέδιο του Μαιάνδρου είναι ένα διακοσμητικό περίγραμμα κατασκευασμένο από μια συνεχή γραμμή, διαμορφωμένο σε ένα επαναλαμβανόμενο μοτίβο. Το συναντάμε επίσης με την ονομασία “ελληνικό κλειδί”. Από τη μία πλευρά, το όνομα μαίανδρος θυμίζει τη στροφή του ποταμού Μαιάνδρου στη Μικρά Ασία, και από την άλλη, όπως τόνισε ο Karl Kerenyi, «ο μαίανδρος είναι η μορφή ενός λαβύρινθου σε γραμμική μορφή». Λόγω της έλλειψης αρχής και τέλους, γίνεται το σύμβολο της μακράς ζωής και της αιωνιότητας. Ένα από τα αρχαιότερα μοτίβα που έχει διακοσμήσει πολλούς ναούς και αγάλματα.

Τώρα, το νησί της Κρήτης αποτελεί μέρος της σύγχρονης Ελλάδας. Ο δίσκος ανακαλύφθηκε το 1908 από τον Ιταλό αρχαιολόγο Λουίτζι Περνιέ στο μινωικό ανάκτορο-χώρο της Φαιστού. Το μοναδικό αυτό αντικείμενο εκτίθεται τώρα στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο του Ηρακλείου.

Το κόσμημα Doublet είναι ένα πολύ ιδιαίτερο κόσμημα λόγω του τρόπου με τον οποίο είναι κατασκευασμένο. Το Doublet είναι ένα σύγχρονο και πολύ μοντέρνο σχέδιο που εφευρέθηκε για να κάνει πέτρες όπως το λάπις λάζουλι, το τυρκουάζ και άλλες αδιαφανείς πέτρες να λάμπουν και να δημιουργούν μοναδικά χρώματα από αυτές. Υπάρχει η ενοποίηση δύο πολύτιμων λίθων, η οποία συνήθως αποτελείται από χαλαζία και έναν άλλο μη διαφανή λίθο. Ο χαλαζίας σε αυτή την περίπτωση δίνει λάμψη στην άλλη πέτρα και επίσης όγκο. Λόγω της σύνθεσής του τα κοσμήματα ντουμπλέ χρειάζονται φροντίδα. Για να τα διατηρήσετε σε καλή κατάσταση πρέπει να αποφεύγετε την επαφή με χημικές ουσίες, όπως σαπούνι ή αρώματα. Ο χαλαζίας έχει την τάση να χάνει τη λάμψη του όταν τον αγγίζετε με ιδρωμένα χέρια, σας συμβουλεύουμε από καιρό σε καιρό να χρησιμοποιείτε ένα μαλακό πανί για να τον γυαλίσετε και να του δώσετε λάμψη.

The tetradrachm was an Ancient Greek silver coin equivalent to fourdrachmae in Athens it replaced the earlier “heraldic” type of didrachms and it was in wide circulation from ca. 510 to ca. 38 BC.
This coin belongs to the so-called “new style Athenian coins” minted between 166 and 64 B.C. and is considered one of the most popular ancient Greek coins which illustrate the portrait of Goddess Athena on the one side and the wisdom owl on the other. Athena is an ancient Greek goddess associated with wisdom, handicraft, and warfare.
Athena was regarded as the patron and protectress of various cities across Greece, particularly the city of Athens, from which she most likely received her name. She’s usually shown in art wearing a helmet and holding a spear. Her major symbols include owls, olive trees, and snakes. Her temples were located atop the fortified Acropolis in the central part of the city. The Parthenon on the Athenian Acropolis is dedicated to her, along with numerous other temples and monuments. Goddess Athena – Athenian silver tetradrachm
Dracma was the currency used in Greece during several periods in its history.
The tetradrachm was an Ancient Greek silver coin equivalent to fourdrachmae in Athens it replaced the earlier “heraldic” type of didrachms and it was in wide circulation from ca. 510 to ca. 38 BC.
The front side of this coin is decorated with Goddess Athena. Athena is an ancient Greek goddess associated with wisdom, handicraft, and warfare.
Athena was regarded as the patron and protectress of various cities across Greece, particularly the city of Athens, from which she most likely received her name. She’s usually shown in art wearing a helmet and holding a spear. Her major symbols include owls, olive trees, and snakes. Her temples were located atop the fortified Acropolis in the central part of the city. The Parthenon on the Athenian Acropolis is dedicated to her, along with numerous other temples and monuments. Her main festival in Athens was the Panathenaia, which was celebrated in midsummer and was the most important festival on the Athenian calendar.
In the classical Olympian pantheon, Athena was regarded as the favorite daughter of Zeus.

Wisdom Owl Pendant
In Greek mythology, Glaucus is a Little Owl (Athene noctua) that traditionally represents or accompanies Athena, the virgin goddess of wisdom. The bird, often referred to as the “owl of Athena” was allegedly seen as symbol of wisdom and vigilance for its ability to see in the dark and keeping itself awake at night.
This pendant is inspired by the Ancient Greek jewels which represent the symbol of the Wisdom Owl!

Spartan Helmet Ring – 925 Sterling Silver
This ring represents the helmet of Leonidas. Leonidas was a warrior king of the Greek city-state of Sparta. Arguably, one of the greatest heroes in the history of ancient Greece.
In 480 B.C Leonidas led an army of 6,000 to 7,000 Greeks from many city-states, including 300 Spartans, who fought the invading Persian army at the pass of Thermopylae. Leonidas of Sparta blocked the only road through which the massive army of Xerxes could pass. The Persians succeeded in defeating the Greeks but sustained heavy losses. A local resident named Ephialtes led the Persian general by a mountain track to the rear of the Greeks. King Leonidas sent away all the Greek troops and stayed behind with 300 Spartans, 400 Thebans, and 700 Thespian volunteers who refused to leave. They were all killed in the battlefield, protecting their homeland.

Βραχιόλι Χειροπέδα Δίσκος της Φαιστού – Επιχρυσωμένο Ασήμι 925
Ο Δίσκος της Φαιστού είναι ένας δίσκος από πηλό από το μινωικό παλάτι της Φαιστού στο νησί της Κρήτης. Τώρα, το νησί της Κρήτης είναι μέρος της σύγχρονης Ελλάδας. Ο δίσκος ανακαλύφθηκε το 1908 από τον Ιταλό αρχαιολόγο Luigi Pernier στο μινωικό παλάτι της Φαιστού. Ακόμα και στις μέρες μας η αποκρυπτογράφηση του δεν είναι ξεκάθαρη, καθιστώντας το ένα από τα πιο διάσημα μυστήρια της αρχαιολογίας. Ο δίσκος έχει διάμετρο περίπου 15 εκατοστά και καλύπτεται και στις δύο πλευρές με μια σπείρα από σφραγισμένα σύμβολα. Ο δίσκος διαθέτει 241 μάρκες, που περιλαμβάνουν 45 ξεχωριστά σημάδια, τα οποία φτιάχτηκαν προφανώς πιέζοντας ιερογλυφικές «σφραγίδες» σε ένα δίσκο από μαλακό πηλό, με μια δεξιόστροφη ακολουθία που στρέφεται προς το κέντρο του δίσκου. Αυτό το μοναδικό αντικείμενο εκτίθεται τώρα στο αρχαιολογικό μουσείο Ηρακλείου.
